Baynham Couldridge are one of the leading property developers in South West London and we were delighted to work with them and Icon Architects on this development.

As the property was likely to be rented it was important that any system installed required no attention between tennants.

It was also vital that we matched the high specification of the other elements in the development.

A Channel Vision four room audio system was installed with an iPod dock in the main living area. This allows music from the iPod to be listened to and controlled throughout the apartment. The new owner or tennant can easily add three further sources such as a radio or CD player as required.

We also provided HD cabling so that the new occupant could add Sky HD boxes in the main living spaces. Flat screens in the main living room and bedroom completed the AV installation.

A simple but effective Lutron Grafik Eye system provides scene lighting control in the main living space.

We are pleased to say that the apartment was snapped up after being on the market for less than 24 hours!
